Mining

Mining process solutions are a primary offering of Nukote Coating Systems. Our proven solutions in this segment include; processes related to gold, copper, iron, coal and other minerals. There are two types of mining projects; maintenance and new construction. Maintenance projects are performed during short duration shuts at the mine site that are typically 2-5 days in duration. Fast professional performance of the works is of critical importance to the client. New construction projects do not require fast application times but the complexity of both types is extremely high.

Clients look to us to provide these complex solutions which are; comprehensive, fast track and have specific design life in high abrasion, impact and chemical exposures. These customers also demand a total solution designed for fast completions with inflexible completion timings. Complex solutions like these are a key offering of our firm, which require our basic components of engineered specifications, superior products, cutting edge coating equipment and the highest levels of professional applicators.
